My Timeline

A quick timeline of my achievements and future goals.

Sep 2016 Enroll at DePaul University
Finally knowing what I wanted to do for my career, I enrolled in DePaul's Computer Science program and started with software development fundamentals.
2016-2020 A Solid Foundation
For 4 years at DePaul I studied software and development deeply, learned multiple languages, and built the foundation that shaped the kind of developer I wanted to become.
Mar 2020 Graduation
COVID changed the final stretch of school and commencement, but I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and moved into the next phase of my career.
Post-Grad Fork in the Road
After graduation I explored more of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through experiments and projects, and realized web development was the area I enjoyed most.
Dec 2020 Job at Officite
I continued to sharpen frontend skills, then got my foot in the door at Officite where I worked on real client websites and learned design patterns and business workflow culture.
Dec 2021-Jul 2022 Job at Boost Auto Parts
I moved to Boost Auto Parts and grew quickly in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, learning new tools and broadening my practical development skills.
Jul 2022-Now Software Engineer at The Flybook
An opportunity I could not pass up. I now work with a small, talented team on a wide variety of projects and continue learning every day.
